2. Description of Service

Pixel Triggers is a Windows desktop automation tool that allows users to create click patterns, color-based triggers, and conditional automation sequences. The Service includes:

• Desktop application for Windows
• Cloud synchronization of patterns and settings
• Web dashboard for account management
• Automatic software updates

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Pixel Triggers to:

• Violate any third-party terms of service (including game terms of service)
• Gain unfair advantages in competitive games or software

• Circumvent security measures of any system
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

Important: Many games and applications prohibit automation tools. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that using Pixel Triggers complies with the terms of service of any software you interact with. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties you may receive.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Pixel Triggers offers both one-time purchases and subscription plans:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day trial with full features
• Lifetime License: One-time payment for perpetual access
• Annual Subscription: Yearly recurring payment

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unused licenses.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Pixel Triggers and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license to use the software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL TRIGGERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNT BANS, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms
