End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your payment of applicable fees, Pixel Triggers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the Software on computers you own or control
• Use the Software for personal or commercial automation purposes
• Create, save, and execute automation patterns and triggers

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Share your license with others or allow multiple users on a single license
• Use the Software to develop a competing product
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Pixel Triggers and title thereto remains in Pixel Triggers. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Pixel Triggers. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Collection

The Software may collect and transmit certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection.

The Software does NOT:

• Capture screenshots or record your screen
• Log keystrokes outside of the application
• Access or transmit files from your computer
• Collect data from other running applications

7. Updates

The Software may automatically download and install updates. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the Software and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new modules, or new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PIXEL TRIGGERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXEL TRIGGERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, GAME ACCOUNT BANS OR SUSPENSIONS, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF PIXEL TRIGGERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In any case, Pixel Triggers' entire liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software. Pixel Triggers may also terminate your license if you fail to pay applicable fees or violate this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pixel Triggers regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software.
